Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Remi account and all associated personal data. This page exists so you can initiate or understand account deletion without needing the app installed.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Remi and navigate to Profile → Settings.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm your request. You will be signed out immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed

Email our Grievance & Privacy Officer at support@gloswebdev.in from the email address linked with your Remi account, requesting complete account deletion. We will verify and execute the deletion within 7 business days.

What happens next (14-Day Grace Period)

Account deletion begins an immediate 14-day grace period. During these 14 days, you can cancel the deletion at any time simply by signing in again. This safety grace period prevents accidental erasure or unauthorized deletion from permanently destroying your scheduled reminders.

Once the 14-day grace period expires, the following are permanently and irreversibly purged:

• Your profile identity (name, email address, verified phone number)
• All active and recurring reminders and scheduled alarm timestamps
• All conversational history, voice transcripts, and assistant notes
• Device push notification tokens and preferences

Important: Your Google Play Subscription

Deleting your Remi account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately in Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to prevent automatic renewal.
