By creating an account and using Remi, you agree to these Terms of Service.

What Remi Is

Remi is an AI-powered personal reminder assistant. You can create, manage, snooze, and complete reminders using voice dialogue, camera visual assistance (Remi Vision 360°), or text in Hindi, Hinglish, and English. Remi notifies you at your designated times via full-screen alarms, push notifications, and automated phone calls.

Your Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to use Remi for any unlawful activities, harassment, automated spamming, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized penetration testing of our infrastructure.

Reminder Delivery & Non-Emergency Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure all reminders are dispatched on schedule. However, delivery depends on device operating system policies, battery optimization modes (such as Android Doze), network connectivity, and exact alarm permissions. Remi is NOT a certified emergency response system, medical device, or life-safety tool. Do not rely on Remi alone for life-critical medication or emergency safety alerts.

AI-Generated Content & Verification

Assistant replies, voice synthesis, and reminder extraction are powered by neural artificial intelligence and may occasionally misunderstand dates, times, or conversational context. Users are advised to review scheduled reminders in the app to verify dates and times.

Remi Vision 360° & Live Video Calls

Remi Vision allows you to interact with the assistant using your camera for real-time visual assistance, such as reading prescriptions or document text. Video frames are streamed transiently and are never saved or stored. You agree not to use Remi Vision to capture illicit, dangerous, or unauthorized visual content.

Subscriptions & Google Play Billing

Pro and Premium subscriptions and credit packages are sold and processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date in your Google Play account settings. Cancelling preserves your benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are governed strictly by Google Play refund policies.

Free Tier, Fair Use & Advertisements

The free tier includes monthly quotas of AI conversations and call credits, supported by standard banner ads. Users may optionally watch rewarded video ads to unlock bonus credits, subject to daily caps. Pro and Premium accounts are completely ad-free.

Where a plan offers unlimited usage, this refers to reasonable personal use. We reserve the right to apply rate limits or idle disconnects to prevent automated bot abuse and preserve service quality for all users.

Account Termination

You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings or through our Delete Account page. Deleting your account initiates a 14-day grace period before data is permanently purged. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play.

Limitation of Liability

Remi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from missed reminders, network downtime, or AI transcription misunderstandings.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated within the application. Continued use of Remi constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
